Hart Support Services is proud to announce an exciting expansion of our care provision. From 2026, through our sister company HD Supported Living Ltd, we will be offering high-quality Supported Living services for adults with additional needs.

This new service has been developed in response to the growing demand for personalised, flexible support that empowers individuals to live with greater independence, confidence, and dignity within their own homes or community settings.

What is Supported Living?

Supported Living enables adults with additional needs to live independently while receiving tailored support to suit their lifestyle, goals, and level of need. Our team is committed to creating safe, warm, person-centred environments where individuals can thrive, make choices, and take control of their daily lives.

Who We Support

We provide Supported Living services for adults aged 18+ with:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Autism
  • Physical disabilities
